Algebra 1 - Calculating Correlation Coefficient

This post explains and gives practice opportunities related to TEKS A.4A:

calculate, using technology, the correlation coefficient between two quantitative variables and interpret this quantity as a measure of the strength of the linear association
 

Instruction

Students learn to use a graphing calculator to find the strength of the relationship (correlation) between two sets of variables and how to interpret it.
