I am a coach.

It's not something I do. It's who I am.

It took me over twenty years to learn that about myself. I first thought I would be a pastor so I became an ordained minister. I then though I would be a teacher, and I taught for eleven years. My next stab at finding purpose was educational administration, and I've been a principal and district level administrator for the last ten years.

That's what I do, and I dearly love education.

But it's not who I am. I am a coach.

Coaching allows me to weave all my passions and experiences together into a calling that changes lives, that pours into others, and that touches eternity.

I transform lives by coaching other educators and those looking to take the next step in any walk of life. Let me partner with you to change the world.
