CORD

CORD stands for Comparing, Ordering, and Representing with Dice. Each CORD activity can be done alone or with a partner. Students need 10-sided dice for CORD. If physical dice are not available, students can create their own (large or small) or use a digital dice roller (select the number of 10-sided dice you need and use the digit 0 instead of 10) or spinner (select wheel size 10 and use digit 0 instead of 10).

CORD Level 1

Students generate 2-digit numbers to compare, order, and represent with expanded form. In addition, students find numbers that are 10 more and 10 less and place their numbers on open number lines.
